| Salsa classes are turning up the summer heat in Bromsgrove,
Worcester, Redditch & Stratford-upon-Avon International Salsa Dance Instructor John-James is spicing up the evenings with his exciting New Salsa-Salsa beginner and intermediate sessions - and, he says, the classes are a great way to start working on that must-have beach body. "Anyone who's ever tried salsa will tell you it's a really fun way to get fit," said John-James. "It's a terrific workout and also a chance to meet new people while learning to dance - without the need to take along a partner." When it comes to dancing credentials, Worcestershire lad John-James has plenty. Not only has he taught salsa around the UK, he's also regularly asked to perform in Cuba and - while he's there - help the local professionals brush up their dancing skills. "Salsa is a way of life for me - I love it," he said. "I'm thrilled to be back home in the Midlands, giving people a chance to enjoy a little bit of the excitement and vibrancy of Latin America right here on their own doorstep." Beginner classes take place at 7pm with level two intermediate classes following at 8pm. |
